Garden Therapy

The Garden Path provides garden therapy to individuals and small groups, at the client’s home or at our location in an outdoor, garden setting. Typical session activities include a variety of garden activities such as planting, weeding, watering, & pruning with a focus on mindfulness and education. We also engage in seasonal activities including creating art, garden planning and seed selection, journaling, and much more!

The main objectives of these activities are to promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve general well-being as well as to educate and create. All of our sessions are designed with the individual client’s goals and physical abilities in mind.

We are currently accepting new clients for our garden therapy program. If you or someone you know would like to schedule a therapy session, please contact us or schedule an appointment.

Garden Therapy appointments are available on the hour from 10am and 6pm Tuesday -Thursday and 10am – 3pm on Fridays.
